# HEIC to ICO

HEIC files (.heic and .heif) into ICO (.ico), on your Mac, iPhone or iPad. Converted on the device. Nothing is uploaded.

## How

- On a Mac: drop the HEIC file on convertfile and pick ICO, or right-click it in Finder and choose Quick Actions, then convertfile.
- On an iPhone or iPad: share the HEIC file to convertfile and pick ICO.

## What it does

- Converted by Apple’s ImageIO, on the device.
- ICO options: Longest side in pixels.
- Free, forever. It is never counted.
